How can I ask for a price?
Send a photo of the model you want to our customer service team on WhatsApp to ask for the price.
When will my order be shipped?
Once your purchase is confirmed, we will dispatch your order within 5 days.
How do shipping and order tracking work?
After dispatch from China via DHL or another carrier, delivery to Europe usually takes around 5–10 days. We provide a tracking number so you can follow the shipment throughout its journey.
What if my model arrives damaged?
Model cars are fragile. We follow a standardized packing process and provide a fully trackable shipping number. Before dispatch, we send you photos of the packing process and the condition of the model. We ship only after you have checked and confirmed everything. If the model is damaged in transit, we accept its return and provide a full refund. You must record an unboxing video when you receive the parcel.
Are the models brand new?
All our models are brand new. Before dispatch, however, we open the packaging to inspect the model and send you photos and videos. We ship only after you confirm that everything is in order.
What about shipping fees and customs duties?
Shipping is free, and customs duties and clearance are included. There are no additional charges.
